Held deep within the Colombian jungle, this retreat offers a week devoted to nervous system regulation and reconnection – within the body and with nature. Daily practices weave dynamic and restorative yoga with guided breathwork, meditation, and somatic techniques, helping the body release stored tension and settle into greater ease and clarity. Nature becomes an active part of the journey: crystal-clear rivers, natural pools, and forest paths create moments to slow down and return to a more natural rhythm. Cultural immersion – from a cacao experience in the native forest to a hike to a sacred waterfall – adds depth to the week, offering moments of exploration that naturally complement the inner work.
