Days can begin in stillness by the pool and end in exploration, discovering the city’s architectural beauty, traditional craftsmanship, and golden desert light.


The Retreat Host
Guiding the retreat are Lisa Brennen and Killian Campbell, whose combined backgrounds bridge breathwork, pilates, and trauma-informed healing.
Lisa blends her experience in the fitness industry and creative coaching with a deeply embodied understanding of nervous system regulation. Her sessions weave functional pilates, breathwork, and coaching into practices that help build strength yet support calm and clarity.
Killian leads with a deep respect for the power of breath and sound. Drawing on ancient practices and intuitive guidance, he creates immersive experiences that invite restoration and reconnection — a return to one’s natural rhythm, supported by intention and care.
Together, they offer an expansive approach to well-being, where movement and breath come together as pathways to balance and realignment.
